Jeff Swenson

Managing Partner

Jeff has had a career in private equity spanning approximately 25 years. Most recently he served as a Managing Director at Thomas H. Lee Partners ("THL"), where he was a member of the investment team for 20 years. His leadership roles at the firm included Head of Vertical Software, Head of Consumer, voting member of the firm-wide Investment Committee, and Chairman of the firm’s Human Capital Committee. He led investments and served on over 20 corporate boards across multiple industry verticals including technology, consumer services, and business services.

Prior to his tenure at THL, Jeff worked as an investment professional at Bain Capital and as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co.

Jeff holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Northwestern University, where he played four years of varsity football.
