Govind has an investing career in software spanning 11+ years. Most recently, he was with PSG where he served as a Principal. Prior to PSG, he worked at Spectrum Equity as a Senior Associate and in Tech M&A at Barclays. Over his investing career, he has invested in 20 companies across various software verticals, including vertical and horizontal SaaS, data and information services, and healthcare IT.

Govind holds a B.S. from UNC Chapel Hill.
